While walking around Polotsk, I decided to have a business lunch, I tell you my impressions. So much vinegar was poured into the borscht that you can pickle cucumbers, I understand the chefs' desire to preserve the color, but you need to know the measure. Herring under a fur coat can most likely be called mayonnaise with pieces of herring, there is just a sea of it, pieces of herring will have to be searched for in mayonnaise and picked out. The last nail in the coffin lid is pasta with goulash, this does not apply to goulash in any way, it looks more like finely chopped dog food, very sweet with incomprehensible seasonings and pieces of lard and small hard meat scraps. The only thing that could not be spoiled was tea bags. And on top of that, dirty tables and a disgruntled waitress's face.Never, just never go there if you don't want to spoil your impression of the small glorious city of Polotsk.

Hello 30.04.2023 it was possible to visit this institution . There are a lot of impressions , from the sound of broken dishes to waiting for branded pancakes per hour ! Tea was ordered in a teapot (fruit), even 2 small cups were not squeezed out , the teapot is clogged with fruit remnants.

We visited this disgusting Gourmet cafe with friends on September 8, 2022. We ordered cepellines. The waitress said that she would have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes. As a result, more than 2 hours have passed. We did not wait for the Zepellins. They paid off and left. A couple of times a man or a woman looked out, apparently waiting for us to finally leave. This woman called the administrator Ekaterina and told me that I just came from the street to go to the toilet. The receptionist Ekaterina asked if I was a visitor and I replied that "even if not, can't I go to the toilet before making an order? And what kind of friend is sitting at my table, should I show him to you?" In response, Ekaterina said that she was seeing me for the first time and that I should go to the toilet around the corner! I said that I was a visitor like everyone else and that I would go to the toilet. As a result, a drunk woman began to push me and start a fight and yell again to call the administrator so that I would NOT DARE to go to their toilet!! When she came the second time, both the admin and the drunk woman started yelling at me. Next, I went to the bar and asked for a fake book. They just threw it at me! I wrote a complaint! It's just trash! The staff is ill-mannered! And while I was writing a complaint, the head of the Lily was yelling at me later (there was no badge, but according to her). How can you treat people like that? The yell was all over the cafe! Even if you imagine a situation if just a person went to the toilet without making an order, you can't kick people out like that! Inhumane and rude!! And judging by the reviews, there are cockroaches and terrible food, read for yourself. Think a hundred times before going to such an institution!

The food is delicious, I ordered pancakes in a pot with sauce and bacon slices(? ?? some kind of toasted meat with a crust), the sauce was on top, I had to carry pancakes back and forth to miss everything. Satisfying. I also took a latte without sugar, I was dissatisfied. There is no topping from the word at all, the coffee is burnt, bitter as a triple espresso. The staff is nimble, the order was delivered quickly. In general, it is delicious and inexpensive, come in safely. And the toilets are on chips, so go to the bartender for the key.

Everything is very tasty, even my husband is "picky".About 25 bel.rub. came out for money, very cheap in Russian somewhere 700 rubles. BUT, THERE is a BUT: look carefully at the receipt, put a dime + tip, I look, and additional dishes are punched in the receipt. Well, this is a complete disaster, of course I called the waitress, indicated - I really apologized, recalculated (on the same receipt I wrote in pencil the amount required for payment, the difference was only 5 bel.rub (150 Russian rubles).It seems like nonsense, but a very unpleasant aftertaste remained. And in general, I really liked the cafe.

The only advantage of the establishment is the low price. Borscht with pampushki turned out to be with a sliced loaf and garlic water in a salt shaker. The borscht itself is empty and runny. Branded pancakes are tasteless, because they are not salted. Sauce with mushrooms to them is more or less. Espresso is bitter water, albeit with cream.
