The administration of the institution behaves extremely dishonestly -intentionally deceiving and misleading its customers! An example of this is on 09/27/16, my client complained to me that the institution did not allow them to invite us to organize their holiday, referring to the fact that we allegedly ruined their table. What do you think? if we had done this, the administration would have let us go without charging a fine for it? The reason for such blatant lies is not clear to us, but the fact that they lose customers because of this is a fact!!! After all, if they have a practice of deception, then how can you entrust your holiday to them and what can you expect from them?
