The anniversary was a success thanks to your cafe. From the very beginning of booking and discussing the details of the event, the staff was incredibly attentive and professional. Administrator, Ekaterina, thank you very much for your help in organizing. The atmosphere in the cafe was cozy and festive. The presenter was able to clearly combine different companies. The live performance definitely sets the atmosphere well, the musical accompaniment of the evening was exactly what we wanted. The kitchen deserves special attention, all the guests were satisfied. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully decorated.The waiters were attentive, unobtrusive and always ready to help. If you want to celebrate an important event in a pleasant atmosphere with delicious food and excellent service, then Cafe Provence is an excellent choice.

Celebrated the anniversary in November 2025. I liked everything very much.Snow-white tablecloths and snow-white chair covers created an atmosphere of celebration and comfort. The food is great! The atmosphere is pleasant. The stars are removed for the service. When you arrive, you still have to wait (to get through to the bell) for the staff. Okroshka and broth were not on the menu on the day of our visit. When the waiter took the plate away after eating the salad (the main course was expected next), she took a fork out of the plate, put it on a napkin and left, saying, eat the main course with the same fork.… Tea is colored water without taste.

A great place for a pleasant stay! A spacious, cozy hall. A banquet was held on the occasion of the anniversary. We formed an order with the administrator Anton (unfortunately, I do not know the patronymic). We were slightly confused, but Anton delicately, unobtrusively, very clearly helped us choose the dishes, offered options for filling the table, and also carefully accompanied our entire holiday. During the event, we were surrounded by the attention of the waiter girls, again, professionally doing their job. All the dishes were very tasty. The highlight of the event was the organization of an entertainment program. This is an offer of an institution with a certain filling of the hall.Presenter Oleg is a bombastic one!!! The musicians are wonderful!!! Many thanks to the Provence team for a perfectly organized holiday!

As I said, the cuisine is beyond praise, the bar is not rich, but the main items are available. Prices are lower than in Minsk and Sovetskaya Street in Brest by one and a half to two times, while the pleasure is much greater. I definitely recommend you to visit!

We were guests in 2024. After a while, a year later, they wanted to order their celebration there. We met a blank wall of neither understanding nor professionalism. We were ready to place an order above the minimum, because the minimum order is an empty table. They asked if it was possible to cut a dish with a large yield into half when serving on a common table, and the answer was no (cordon bleu) - you can stand and cut it yourself. You can bring some things with you, but only through their chefs. Price-quality mismatch. Fortunately, we turned to a country restaurant, where they are willing to meet their visitors for money and with excellent service.

We celebrated my husband's anniversary in an open gazebo. We had 26 guests and everyone was very satisfied. The kitchen is excellent, the waiters are silent, inconspicuous, but they did everything in time, not a single comment! The interior is a special thanks. Such an oasis in the city, lots of space and greenery. Despite the large number of people (there was a wedding in the hall, and there were 2 more banquets in the gazebo besides us), no one bothered anyone, the staff handled everything very cleanly. I recommend it to everyone.

I sympathize with large families with young children, the elderly, the disabled, etc. The cafe closes at 23:00, but loud music from powerful speakers often continues to sound for some time, until about 00:00, visitors to Provence try to leave, all accompanied by screams of adults and children, songs, dancing, loud music from cars parked near cafes , doors slamming, taxis approaching , fights between drinking people happen near Provence . In the summer, everyone's windows are open and a large number of residents from nearby apartment buildings have to stay awake (many have to get up very early for work), they are obliged to listen to everything that happens...

To seat the guests so that the approach to the table is blocked by the waiters, these are professional skills that are needed. Waiters shoved dishes on the table, and dishes fell from the plates. The management responded that this was normal and there were no restrictions on the installation of chairs, that is, chairs pressed against each other is normal and sitting half-turn at a festive table is the norm. There was one banquet in the hall and there were many empty tables. It was impossible to increase the common table with additional tables, for some reason. I do not recommend making banquets in this cafe.
