We have booked all the cafes for January 11th for a private event. Despite this, the administration decided to put unauthorized guests in an adjacent room without doors at the same time. We were not notified of this decision in advance. This is a direct violation of the agreements and disrespect for the client. If the institution does not know how to fulfill the conditions of a full reservation, you should not offer such a service.

There is a very small menu selection, there is always nothing. We went in with a group of 3 people, I wanted to order pizza - no, French fries - no, solyanka - no, draniki - no. I wouldn't be surprised if they asked further down the menu and nothing happened either. Why come there at all if there is nothing???
