Honestly— Bitrix24 used to seem like something complicated and inconvenient. Tasks were lost, CRM was “for show", and no one really understood how to use it. The guys from KAFOT calmly explained everything, set up tasks and processes for us. Now it's really easier to work: everything is on the shelves, nothing is forgotten, the team is finally in the same space. A separate plus is that they are always in touch and speak a normal human language.
