I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I ordered dog food specifically for a puppy under 1 year old, but they sent me the wrong food meant for adult dogs. When I called to report the mistake, I was told to give it to my dog anyway and that nothing would happen. At the time, I was sick with a high fever, live alone, and could not go out to buy replacement food. My dog was hungry, so I followed their advice. As a result, my dog got sick and vomited. The next day, when I tried to place another order, they were still mixing up dog food names, which showed poor knowledge of their own products. Because of this, I had to go to the store myself. I would not recommend this store due to repeated mistakes and lack of concern for pets’ health.
