The view is beautiful, you can take pictures near the elevator. It was very scary to go down on this particular elevator. It's stuffy, people are packed to the brim, and there's no ventilation inside, just glass and iron. If you get stuck, you'll suffocate. I highly recommend going down the steps nearby.

Beautiful view from the observation deck. Conveniently, I went for a walk around the old town, reached the port, you can take the elevator back, but there may be a lot of people and you will have to wait.
