The staff may be normal. But a couple rested with us, 3 days longer than us and 30% cheaper. We arrived from Belarus together. Only Kaleidoscope knows how it happened. The request was for a hotel for young people, 70% are pensioners. The consultant guided us by the photo of the map that the hotel is not big, and the other part is a neighboring hotel, it turned out that it was all ours and we lived there. She said that take the 5th floor, there are rooms with repairs, it turned out that there are no 5 floors in 2 buildings, maximum 4. All this means that there is a huge desire to sell a ticket to an uninformed tourist with a large percentage. And so, it seems normal, rested, but overpaid, all vacationers were shocked by our cost.
