The terrible work of the online store and the Kalinka website itself. It is not possible to trace your order. There is no description of the product and its composition on the site itself! Everything is very long, from sending the order to its return. The coat, as it turned out, was made in China! I was very upset with the protruding threads and bad seams! The company is not customer-oriented!

For some time I was satisfied with the factory's products (price and quality), until I bought a insulated double-sided balloon jacket with buttons.After a week of careful socks, one button came out, and a couple of days later another one.I bought it in Minsk and there was no way to drive to the store (from another city).I called the Kalinka store at the railway station, they said they couldn't help me in any way.Thank you, I bought it, I wore it for two weeks and that's it.
