I'm making an order using a telegram messenger, the order was accepted, and the price was announced. I say I'll arrive tomorrow (i.e. they had time to collect my order) I arrive in the afternoon at a branch near the Central Department Store (where I was asked to come to pick up the order). But upon arrival, they tell me that not all of my order is in the Central Department Store, it needs to be picked up from the branch on NUKUS Street before. Well, I'm like a kind person; I tell them: warn them, let them prepare, I'll arrive in an hour to pick up the order. I pay off and leave. After 1.5 hours, I arrive at the NUKUS branch and they tell me that my order has not been collected yet. As a result, money and time were spent. And I have nerves of steel. I think you need to match your level, especially such a brand.
