Yandex.Maps leads along the primer behind the tower! I was near it twice, I never got inside and up. The museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (except for school holidays), and on other days it closes at 17. The upper platform is open only in summer. The tower itself is interesting. There is no parking nearby, there is a small one across the street.

The tower is impressive. There is nothing to talk about inside the museum. Climbing to the roof is only part of the tour (for the appropriate money).
