Very expensive. The ticket is 5 rubles ($2) just to enter the tower without going up to the observation roof.
The exposition is represented by a bunch of tiles from the 17th-18th century, and newly made Martian armor produced by local "reenactors".
To come and look at the tower from the street for free is the best thing.

I take off one star for the service - an incomprehensible surcharge for a photo from the phone.
The working hours are amazing - the weekend is Monday, Tuesday, even if it falls on public holidays. It would be worth changing this approach - it's not so often that tourists visit this facility en masse, so that Monday and Tuesday would be weekends for New Year's holidays.

Yandex.Maps leads along the primer behind the tower! I was near it twice, I never got inside and up. The museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (except for school holidays), and on other days it closes at 17. The upper platform is open only in summer. The tower itself is interesting. There is no parking nearby, there is a small one across the street.
