We stopped by for lunch. The room was crowded, but there were plenty of tables available. We settled down in a small hall at the top of the stairs. We ordered Samarkand pilaf with additions in the form of kaza, dolma, quail egg, manta ray, beshbarmak, flatbread, achichuk, juice, tea. Everything arrived very quickly. Obviously, the dishes have already been prepared. The portions are all large. Pilaf contains hot pepper. As a result, the dish may not be suitable for children. The sharpness is really felt. The pilaf itself is ordinary, there is nothing supernatural in the taste. Manti with minced beef and mutton. Juicy, greasy, generally good. Beshbarmak is better to eat together or in threes, one cannot master it. There is plenty of dough and meat. It seemed a bit bland to us. The salad is excellent, made from fresh Uzbek tomatoes, no complaints. I was surprised that the tea was a tea bag in a teapot, not leaves. There are no questions about the service, except for the standard situation when, with the collection included in the receipt by the service, you need to go to the cashier yourself to pay the bill with a card. The total amount for everything turned out to be 285,775 UZS.

Beshbarmak is not particularly tasty... broth is not served in separate pebbles. The meat had some kind of taste, the dough seemed to smell sour... the broth that was in the glass also had some kind of rotten smell. But the sliced vegetables were fresh, the tomatoes were sweet and delicious. I also came across a dirty plate and a glass. So there are questions about the cleanliness of this establishment. Apparently, due to the large flow of people, they decided not to bother with cleanliness. So be careful when coming to this cafe. We also took a samsa with us, called "baby". The meat is also flavorful... samsa's dough is delicious, but the filling is absolutely tasteless.

We recently visited a restaurant with friends where they cook incredibly delicious pilaf. We were absolutely delighted! The rice is crumbly, the meat is soft and very juicy, the flavor is just crazy. I was in a Camolon in Shaikhantakhur — the place is good, the pilaf is delicious and satisfying, but I didn't like the Samarkand version, it's better to take something else. The prices are slightly higher than in other similar places, but you can understand the quality. The service is fast, the portions are average. One of the disadvantages is that it can be noisy and there are a lot of people in the hall, so if you want to sit quietly, it's better to choose another place. The interior is simple, without much comfort, and parking is sometimes problematic.

I highly recommend this place! The most delicious pilaf I've ever tasted in Tashkent. All the other dishes are also incredibly delicious! Important: you can place a pickup order, but you need to pay first and then queue in a separate window.
