We were here with friends last year and ordered zigir osh food because the waiter told us how Samarkand pilaf is prepared, although they had three more pilafs of teahouse, tuyon and sitor. But we chose zygier because not all chefs know how to cook it. Their tortillas and tea were delicious. At the expense of pilaf, I can say that I can only put 6 out of 10 points, and this is wonderful. There are disadvantages, but they did their best. When we went there, there were a lot of people and a lot of tables besides that there were separate booths, but we were told it was busy because of the large hall, it was very noisy and I don't like this noise much. The staff worked smartly and quickly, the tables were clean, we ordered tea with lemon, ayran and sour grapes (for appetite)

This is the best pilaf I've ever tasted! Fireworks of flavors and shades, that's what I called it! A friend said that she doesn't like tea-house pilaf, but she really liked this one! A lot of meat, pork rinds, fried pepper and a piece of fresh, dolma, kazy, quail, steamed garlic (I love it), I probably haven't listed everything yet, because I don't know their cooking secret. If you like pilaf, I advise you!

In my opinion, all these good reviews are screwed up. I took a teahouse pilaf. Very greasy and salty. Tasteless, I couldn't even finish eating. I took pomegranate juice to drink - they brought a micro cup, either 75 or 100ml. The bill came out at exactly 50k. Neither eat nor drink normally)) I wouldn't come here anymore.

It used to be very tasty, I went with the guests, I thought I would feed them with delicious pilaf. And then, to my utter disappointment, I ordered Samarkand pilaf for the first time here - I didn't like it at all, my friends ordered Khan's tea and festive pilaf - I also tried something completely different from what I expected. And the price for a simple dish is not normal, judging by the bill, I could go to a restaurant at the level of favor or vachach, while pilaf in these establishments is much tastier than what they ate here.
