If you want a Palov Teahouse, then Kamolon Osh Markazi is an excellent cafe. Every second and fourth Thursday of the month we went there with friends. Right now they are untwisted and pilaf is not given as before with a variety of navarots...but it's delicious. Pilaf with pickles, bread, etc. comes out about 50,000 soums per person.
