By the will of fate, I ended up in Shymkent. An employee at the reception recommended one of the restaurants of the Kamshat chain.
What is good is the good location and interior. There is a menu with pictures. The food is delicious.
But!!! Are the wines bottled only?! It was not possible to order coffee from the word at all : (The reason is that the bartender did not master something there :( The level of service of the waiters is sooo low :(

As they say, it used to be better. The interior of the establishment has long been outdated and is no longer pleasing to the eye. Unfortunately, the food is not up to par either. We ordered Caesar, but, unfortunately, they brought us something mayonnaise, which did not meet our expectations at all. I won't say that it was inedible, but it's definitely not what I wanted. All the food (in the end I took green cabbage soup, lula and compote) was 10/10.
After 3 days in Shymkent, there is a clear understanding that tips already included in the bill do a disservice to the quality of service.
