We asked the waiter to put a bouquet of flowers in the water - they heard us only 5 times. The service is disgusting simple. Although we had 3 tables in this hall. A worm was found in the salad (I don't remember the name). Alive. 🤮 The waiter was called. As a result, neither the administrator nor the cook came out with apologies. The salad was taken away. A very good place to relax with children, we have been vacationing here since 2012, and today I am disappointed, I and my children are Twins of 7 years old and my husband four sat for 24,000 tenge, we took 6 sticks of barbecue and salad tea and juices. The waiter, without warning, brought a kebab with a large stick, which costs 1590 tenge, or something, although we ordered small sticks...and my children did not play 2 times, they were busy, but the Bill was added, 2 hours of play, my husband does not like and paid, but I definitely ordered pizza, but there is no pizza on the Bill, My husband paid without understanding, but it's a shame, the kebab all naturally did not eat very dry, the Kamshat deteriorated. As a regular customer, we went 2 times every month, I hope it will improve...
