Enjoyable stay 5 minutes away from Republic Square and 15 minutes from Opera House. So practically every part of the city is within 20 minutes away. Great price and delicious breakfast too. The cherry on top was the courteous service with smile. Thank you.

I waited for 10 to 15 minutes to be seated in the restaurant. They didn't put fresh fruits. The fruits in the buffet were very few and placed like garbage, and they were not what I liked to eat. I saw the kitchen staff, an old woman putting away a big plate of various good fruits and putting them in the refrigerator, so I walked over and asked them, can I have some other fruits? I don't like the current one and it's not fresh. She and another male employee told me mercilessly that it was already past 10:30, but I had been sitting in my seat waiting for at least ten minutes and they did not give fresh fruit to the guests. I have stayed in a hotel so many times, and this is the first time I have encountered this situation. They store good food and do not give it to the guests, but their employees enjoy it themselves. Because I saw the same situation yesterday morning. After the guests finished breakfast, their employees They ate better than the guests, and kept stuffing food into their mouths while the guests were dining. It’s incredible! I reported the situation to the front desk, and a girl just said sorry and did nothing. In her opinion, it was normal because they were all beneficiaries. I can only write down the real situation! Really angry!
