I waited for 10 to 15 minutes to be seated in the restaurant. They didn't put fresh fruits. The fruits in the buffet were very few and placed like garbage, and they were not what I liked to eat. I saw the kitchen staff, an old woman putting away a big plate of various good fruits and putting them in the refrigerator, so I walked over and asked them, can I have some other fruits? I don't like the current one and it's not fresh. She and another male employee told me mercilessly that it was already past 10:30, but I had been sitting in my seat waiting for at least ten minutes and they did not give fresh fruit to the guests. I have stayed in a hotel so many times, and this is the first time I have encountered this situation. They store good food and do not give it to the guests, but their employees enjoy it themselves. Because I saw the same situation yesterday morning. After the guests finished breakfast, their employees They ate better than the guests, and kept stuffing food into their mouths while the guests were dining. It’s incredible! I reported the situation to the front desk, and a girl just said sorry and did nothing. In her opinion, it was normal because they were all beneficiaries. I can only write down the real situation! Really angry!

A great hostel. In the very center of Yerevan, next to Vosstaniya Square. The room was for 8 people, but the beds with curtains, the condee works well. Comfortable mattresses and clean linen. A box with a combination lock. Delicious breakfasts, a relaxation room, the toilet and shower are always free, there is a hairdryer. There is an ironing board. Friendly and attentive guys at the reception, a pleasant contingent. Stylish design. My first hostel, but it turned out not to be as scary as I imagined. If I come to Yerevan, then only here. And at such a great price.

I am currently residing in the host. I'm from Moscow, I like everything. Everything is cozy, clean, pastel is being changed, great guys work at the reception. The breakfasts are fantastic, the chefs are very nice and they cook very tasty. Thanks for the reception, 10 points. I recommend.

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Yerevan! Everything is within walking distance, the reception is open around the clock, there are concierges at the entrance who are happy to explain everything. We were settled earlier than the specified time (special thanks for this)! The service is at the highest level! Friendly receptionists, completely unobtrusive service, the kitchen is open around the clock (tea, coffee at any time), delicious breakfasts, the rooms are clean and cozy!

The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan, there is everything you need and a lot of beauty nearby, always look and admire the architecture. The hotel has a very nice and friendly staff. Insanely delicious breakfasts, there is a choice and an opportunity to eat and travel around Armenia, staying full for a long time. + for smokers or those who like to have breakfast outdoors, there are 2 balconies. There is also a recreation and work area right next to the kitchen. The rooms are spacious, cozy, with air conditioning and strong water pressure in the shower (I highlight this, since I have never washed shampoo out of my hair so quickly), there is a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, towels, bathrobes. I wanted to indicate the lack of kettles as a minus, until I found out that there is always tea, coffee and boiling water in the kitchen (you can use it at any time of the day or night).

Excellent location. Everything is in the center nearby. Easy check-in and online payment via WhatsApp. The room is spacious. But not the first freshness. The robes are very worn out. Separate bathroom unit. Breakfast is included. Nice staff.

I stayed in a hostel. Very nice and friendly staff, always happy to help. From the common spaces there is a large kitchen where you can always drink tea and coffee, cook your own food, as well as coworking. I booked a place in the women's room, the neighbors are from different countries, all very friendly. Everything in the room is very conveniently organized, clean bed, quite spacious, fresh, air conditioning works. Toilets and showers are divided into women's and men's, I did not find queues. Breakfast is beyond praise. I will be happy to come again!

A wonderful place! This was my first experience of living in a hostel. And I'm happy. The staff is friendly, starting from security, ending with administrators and cooks! Everyone will prompt, tell, advise! The atmosphere is comfortable, large kitchen and dining room, rooms are clean, cozy, lockers with an electronic lock. The location is a 5-minute quiet walk from the central square. The warmest impressions, I recommend!

It's just awful!
One star for the location, the second for the responsive staff. That's it.
First of all, this is not a hotel. This is primarily a HOSTEL! If you want comfort, coziness, privacy, you definitely are not here!
The common area is always crowded and very noisy.
The room has thin walls and everything is audible. Our room was surrounded on both sides by the bathrooms of the neighboring rooms, and when someone was bathing there, it felt like they were bathing next to you. Even the earplugs did not save at night. In general, the shower, the children, the conversations are all audible.
The towels in the room stink of bleach, it feels like they are soaked in this bleach and are not washed with any other means.
The hostel/hotel is located on the 7-9 floors of an ordinary building. There is an elevator.
Breakfast. It was very varied and delicious, and in general everything was fine, if not for one morning when we came for breakfast, and there were no empty tables and it was as noisy as in the market... Half of the tables were occupied by the residents of the hostel, who were just sitting and talking. The impression after this morning deteriorated to the edge.
In general, we are not talking about any comfort, the hotel is just a name, in fact a hostel, the price is like a hotel. For hotels and hostels there are different categories of guests, how could you think of and combine it into one, I do not understand. It turned out to be a tin.

Excellent hostel-hotel) There are very polite girls at the reception, the rooms are cleaned, comfortable and clean. Many thanks to Nune, a responsive and friendly employee of the Kantar hotel, who very quickly solved the pressing issues related to check-in (we stopped by later than the main group) and gave invaluable recommendations on visiting the places we need (friends, this is the second plus of the hotel, its location is practically the center, you will go to Republic Square with its magical you will get fountains, and then the Vernissage and the Northern Avenue are not far away. Go to the right, you will find a wonderful market with spices, fruits (delicious apricots), vegetables, wine and other things, you can and should bargain there, if anything).
The third plus is that room 4b has a spacious kitchen, a large round table with chairs, a sofa and armchairs, a TV, the ability to connect a projector (if you are traveling in a group or a large company, this is a great opportunity to spend time together, give lectures, watch a movie). You can enjoy breakfast on the open balconies with a cup of coffee, listening to the birds singing, by the way, coffee, tea, refrigerator are always available in the kitchen, at any time of the day or night. Excellent hotel and hostel. I spent the night in the hostel, there is a personal locker, sockets near the bed, there is a table for work right in the bedroom, the beds are quite wide for single beds, breakfasts are also included. During your stay, the apartment provides a full range of personal hygiene items, disposable brushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap, one of the important aspects is the safe in the rooms. We were also pleased with the number of towels and a bathrobe in the apartment. The best place to visit is if you do not have any personal necessities with you. Employees are probably the most responsive people in Yerevan. You can also leave things in their special closet before and after departure

Everything is fine. Breakfast is a buffet. I stayed for 1 night, there are helpful young people at the reception who are ready to help. Republic Square is 5 minutes away, and the Cascade is 15 minutes away, from the height of which not only the whole city is visible, but Ararat is also visible.

They were not in a hostel, but in an apartment. Luxury apartment with two independent bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. A huge communal living room with access to a balcony with a table and chairs. The street is quiet, no one yells in the morning or at night, so I can't say anything about breakfast, they woke it up))) we booked in advance, upon arrival we were met, escorted, all very polite and punctual.
For those who need it, there is a room where you can put things in case of late check-out.

Delicious variety of dishes for breakfast. You can take food and stay on the balcony. Polite staff, always eager to help. They helped a lot with the luggage scales to avoid overweight. A wonderful hostel, I would even say a mini-hotel in the very center of Yerevan!
I booked a bed in a common room, but as a result, I was sent a voucher for checking into a separate room with a bathroom and breakfast WITHOUT CHANGING THE COST FOR 2 nights - 2500rubles!
What's the result: reception, common area and dining room on the 7th floor, breakfasts are light, the choice is small, but women cook so homely, sincere, delicious, thank you very much!
My room was on the 9th floor, they brought me in, the door was opened - and there was a huge family room for 4 people, a huge bed with snow-white linen, a sofa, a TV (there are federal Russian channels), a dining table, a huge wardrobe with all accessories (bathrobes, slippers, towels), a clean bathroom, a bidet, all the soap supplies, everything is pure crazy! 4 Windows (corner room), high ceilings, I am very grateful to all the staff for their courtesy, cleanliness and comfortable stay in this friendly country!
