I ordered self-picked Philadelphia rolls in sesame seeds and some kind of unstable warm roll. We correctly oriented the order's readiness time, everything is very tasty and high-quality, the rice is perfectly cooked, the rolls are well rolled, thank you, I recommend it!

This is not the first time I have ordered here, and the situation is constantly repeating itself - there are big problems with delivery. I've tried regular delivery (but it's often not available in the evenings), pickup, and pre-order by a certain time. BUT...They don't seem to be able to meet the specified time here at all. There are no complaints about the quality of the cuisine — the sushi is really delicious, fresh and well cooked. But logistics and customer service are just a disaster. The operators are particularly disappointing: instead of apologies and resolving the issue, they are openly rude and dismissive. It is a pity that because of this attitude and lack of punctuality, there is no desire to order more here. If you value your time and nerves, look for another place.

+ sushi + packaging + prices - very long delivery time (1.5 hours in Molodechno always: regardless of the day and address!) - not professional couriers (they talk to you, ask inappropriate questions, smoke during delivery) - it's very cold in the room when the door opens - it's not possible to sit at all (winter) - the receptionist at the cafe (not friendly, distracted by the phone when there is already a queue)
