Pleasant staff, ordered pizza "Italian", the order was made quite quickly. We made an order for self -delivery , because we live in another city and , accordingly , by the time we arrived home , the pizza had already cooled down , but the taste of this pizza is even incredible . A pleasant aftertaste after each bite . We have tried pizzas in many establishments , but this pizza would like to put 10 stars if it were possible . The waiting time coincided with what was promised (15-20 minutes) . I recommend.

I placed the order on 04/18/24 at 15.46, after which I received an SMS notification that the order will be delivered before 16:56! The photo is attached.
As a result, the courier delivered the order at 17.30.
Why don't you inform me about the delay in the order??
Then the courier debited the amount of 15.90 rubles from my card, instead of 15.50 rubles. A PHOTO of the RECEIPT IS ATTACHED

They delivered it for more than 3 hours, after having dinner with rolls, nausea and vomiting began after 4 hours (except for rolls, I did not eat other food, I do not suffer from food intolerance and allergies). It's not the first time I've used rolls. In the morning, the operator was informed about the incident. The administration did not even call back, did not apologize, and did not return the money. Ordered rolls, received an SMS about delivery within 1.50hours - what? We live 1 km from the point. OK, we're waiting. Although the application says - delivery is 60 minutes! 1.40hours have passed - the operator calls and asks if we are ready to wait another 30 days, because something happened at the courier. OK, we're all human, let's wait. After half an hour, I dial myself, of course no one has arrived yet. The girl apologized and said that the courier swears to arrive in 20 minutes))) But we offered to pick up the order for half the price, which of course was refused. They say that the management is no longer there, and we have no right to provide such discounts. We refuse the order then and! after 10 minutes, the courier arrives as if nothing had happened. We refuse again. After another 10 minutes, the operator calls and tells us that the management went to meet us (us! it turns out to be a meeting!) and agreed to put a Chicken crab roll as a gift at the next order - so that you would understand the cheapest and most tasteless! Thank you, eat it yourself.
We are all still in shock. Working with clients is reduced to minus 100, everyone just shits. Prices are up - weight and composition are down! I want to note that before there were really big and delicious rolls, now it is one name with a diameter of 3 cm.
Never take anything here if nerves and time are precious. There are many decent sushi deliveries in the city. Or better yet, spin it yourself at home!
R.S. The evening is ruined, but we are positive and we will pull out.

Not only is the delivery 2 hours, so in a thermo-transfer bag, hot pizza and cold sushi and a drink were put without an internal partition, because of this, the sushi is very warm already with condensate on the box, the pizza by that time had become barely warm and the drink had warmed up, the sushi became disgusting - you can see the guys are changing the recipe and they make the bookmark cheaper - and the output of the finished product has become more expensive!
Pizza dough is a separate story-I haven't tried such a tasteless dough for a long time.

We ordered the set first on just-it, no one contacted us, then we ordered from the Capybara website itself. Then we called just-it, suddenly the order went through and then two sets would be delivered to us, they explained this. A couple of minutes later, I got a call back from the bodies. Capybaras, everything was clarified and I CONFIRMED the order for 18.30-19.00, they wished me a pleasant appetite and told me to wait. At 19.20 we called and asked where the rolls were...But they couldn't find our order! They said they canceled everything. Then why would you call me after the cancellation and ask for confirmation??? The evening is ruined. We wanted to switch from Japanese to capybara, because there is less expectation, we live close...Maybe you have a lot of people sitting there and you don't coordinate anything with each other, maybe a glitch, but we won't take any more risks, as well as advise you to anyone.

Let's start in order. Sushi is molded for 90 minutes, it feels like the chefs are flying somewhere in the clouds. Now I'm standing writing a review and looking at them, one is twirling rice and looking at the ceiling, the second has not been able to put on a glove for a minute and a half. There is some kind of fuss in the kitchen, but the rolls are made for a very long time. I can't figure out what's the matter here :) and why it took so long. In Moscow, near my house, a set of 24 pieces of sushi lime is twisted in 15-20 minutes if pickup. There are really miracles here.
I came up to ask the cashier's girl if I could make a delivery so that I wouldn't stand here and wait for an hour and a half. She replied to me like this, you can place an order through our call center, and you will wait about an hour or two and a half. Well, it's really fun!!

If these are the best, then what are the others? Salmon, in a very small quantity, was apparently wrapped in hot rice and turned into a soft pate!
