A nightmarish bank with nightmarish offers and services. They are held only by an arrogant monopoly. I can't figure out who can voluntarily use their products. They forced their card on me. On a regular hotline, no issues are solved, even of a general order. They make you call a toll booth from a mobile phone. They rip off for everything that is possible and impossible. The terms of the credit card are absolutely uncompetitive. The result is that I have never used the card, I have already paid for a lot of services. Given the experience of communication in a couple of weeks, it is hard to believe that it will be possible to get rid of this card without paying them some form of ransom)))
