When I emailed on December 30, 2024 with a question about buying a specific apartment (the announcement of which was relevant on the website), I did not receive any response. After contacting a specialist on my own, instead of detailed information and the opportunity to discuss the terms of purchase, I received a categorical refusal without explanation. An attempt on my part to arrange a viewing of the apartment after the holidays was also unsuccessful. Specialist Lyudmila promised to call back, but it remained an empty promise. Instead of a constructive dialogue, the specialist waved her off, suggesting that they contact later. It is important to note that I was ready to discuss the price, which indicates my serious interest in buying. Instead of working with a potential client, the specialist "fed breakfast" until January 4, after which he informed about making a deposit on the apartment. This behavior demonstrates a clear disregard for customers and, most likely, covert lobbying for the interests of a particular customer. The specialist's unprofessionalism and unethical behavior undermine the credibility of the entire agency. The complete lack of transparency and openness in the work, as well as manipulative actions make it impossible to recommend this agency to other buyers. I am extremely disappointed and strongly discourage contacting this agency.
