There are always long queues here. The staff is not known for their politeness and courtesy. The service is very slow. There is false information about Visa cards on the bank's website. In fact, the privileges are not active. It took more than an hour to reissue the card due to the expiration date. You need to register twice in an electronic queue. First to block the card. And then to pick up the card. Why can't this be done in one window?
