Terrible service. I wanted to exchange money and waited for over an hour, but their system shut down more than three times. When I asked why the service was slow, operator number 17 explained the reason in a terrible and rude tone.

Best bank in Uzbekistan with ATMs available everywhere and a good app for phone. This branch is located in a convenient location. Quick service. Very helpful staff who can speak English. Recommended to bank with Kapital bank. Thank you.

Excellent bank, fast and high-quality service, to receive a bank card, a Russian citizen must first issue a local SIM card, get registered at a hotel, it is not expensive, contact the local MFC to obtain a local SNIL, it is prepared as follows: submitted documents before lunch, so after 15 hours it will be ready if after lunch, then the next working day.
When applying for a bank card, provide all the documents. I needed a VISA Classic card (without a subscription fee), it was issued half an hour after registration.
The Gold VISA requires more time.
The card itself is not expensive, either the first one or the old one.
