I issued a VISA Gold (USD) bank card and a Humo (UZS) card here. Everything went surprisingly quickly and without unnecessary questions. I also changed USD > UZS here at the cash desk until I had a VISA Gold bank card at a fairly good rate and was also satisfied with the speed of service.
