I was most unhappy after the second and, of course, the last visit to this salon. The appointment was for a manicure at 12:00, they called a few hours in advance and asked me to postpone the time an hour later, it was inconvenient for me, but I said I could sit for 10 minutes if I had to wait. As a result, she sat for 30 minutes, thinking that the master was late for personal reasons, but as it turned out, she was just doing nails to another person, who, according to the administrator, was not late, etc. Accordingly, they apparently decided to hire a client and did not calculate the time. The question is, how should this concern me???But there is another moment, after sitting for my 30 minutes, waiting, I show master Maria an ordinary French, to which I am told that she does not paint, but only makes a monochrome coating. ))))))))))) I should have been warned about this. Which , accordingly , they did not do . Having lost time, having seen how they didn't give a damn about their client, there was no choice and I had to do at least one thing. To leave as soon as possible . And for this "beauty" of the master Maria, with many years of experience, who does not know how to make French, I paid 1,900 rubles!!!!! Thank you to the administrator that at least for the coffee that I drank when I was waiting for 30 minutes, they didn't charge me!!!!
