I came to the salon, the atmosphere was pleasant, they offered drinks, asked if it was comfortable, and that's why I didn't lower even more stars. The original color was dark blond, I showed the photo of the result as I want, it was already suspicious, they didn't seem to understand what tone to choose, they showed them a palette of colors, well, I showed them the approximate color, but in the end they just discolored me and removed the yellowness, and not all of it. No shade, it doesn't look like the photo I showed, or the color of the palette. We'll have to fix it in another city. I didn't want a clean blonde. It was also so expensive, but I didn't get the final result.
