A wonderful hostel! Polite, friendly staff. Convenient capsules: shelves with a key, there is a mirror, a lamp right in the capsule. Meals can be prepared in the kitchen, and free tea/coffee is provided. Clean toilet and shower.

The biggest advantage is the location! You can walk to the central walking street with the main attractions. Or you can take a bus for a couple of stops, of which there are many and often go. The hostel itself is small, consists of three rooms - three bedrooms (men's, women's, shared) and a shared kitchen. There is also one separate, super suite)))) A small room with its own window and a large bed (a full-fledged bedroom, like in our apartments). Everything is clean, the toilets are clean, the bed is clean and whole. In the bedrooms there are places for sleeping themselves - capsules, the height of the room is divided in two like on a train. There are only 10 capsules in the women's bedroom. In width, each place is about 120 cm, there is quite enough space. The capsule is closed with a curtain. Each has a storage space, a roomy drawer, locked with a key. The toilet is a large room in which a couple of toilets, a couple of showers are made separately, everything is clean and bright. The common room has a fully equipped kitchen (small, but everything is available) and a large table with a sofa. In the evenings, the place is very popular - the residents of the hostel cook, have dinner, discuss something))) You have to understand that this is a Hostel. It's practically a dormitory. You can say that 10 people live in one room at once - someone cooks, someone collects things, someone on the contrary has just arrived, someone is sleeping.... Sounds, smells.... We must be prepared for such impressions! But in general, everything is very good, I will come back again if the need arises. 😁

A good capsule-type hostel to stay for a couple of days and spend the night is very good, there is a good shower and toilet, as well as a common space with sofas in the kitchen. The location is good, near the Ferris wheel and a huge shopping center.

Friendly staff, the capsules are cozy and clean. The only thing is that there are no full-fledged sockets in the capsule. The bed linen is clean, there is a towel. I was off the train, so it was a thrill for me to come and just get some sleep. It takes a few days to live at least to fully understand what a cool hotel it is. But overall it's good.

I've never lived in a place like this before. I really liked the location. Almost in the center. And the second is the price. Upon arrival: everything is thought out, down to the smallest detail. Everything is convenient. But the most important thing is a great sleeping place. I slept like a baby. At the reception, Almat and Amina completed a pleasant experience. Thanks to them for their kind attitude and pleasant communication with a clear performance of their work.

This is a normal hotel especially for young people. Clean linen, quite comfortable capsules, there is a kitchenette. Very friendly staff, they will explain everything and help. I really liked that it was quiet in the evening, no one was making noise, you could calmly go about your business, relax.

My stay at this hotel was quite short: half a day and half a night (connecting between planes). But that was enough time for me to rest, eat, sleep, clean up, and even take a walk around the neighborhood.
A few words about the hotel itself: the hotel is capsule, i.e. there are not rooms here, but "women's" and "men's" rooms, each of which has 8 capsule compartments with a bed, lockers, and a lamp. Each capsule is locked with a key, which is issued by the administrator. There is a shared kitchen-dining room with a refrigerator, stove, dishes. Washbasins and showers are also common, but they are divided into "M" and "W". In the second tier above the kitchen there is a leisure area with board games (as I was told, I was not there).
In general, the hotel is clean, pleasant, quite modern and youth-like, reminiscent of a student campus. For a short stay at a very affordable price - that's the thing.

I spent one night at the end of July in this hostel. It is very clean, cozy, there are cells under the key for personal belongings. There is parking in front of the hostel. The courtyard is very dark, it was difficult for me to find the entrance to the hostel and climb the stairs to the entrance in the night darkness.
There is no outlet in the capsule, only usb. The room has a rather noisy air conditioner, but it worked well, creating a comfortable temperature. Despite the noisy air conditioner, the room was quiet and peaceful. The rooms are shared, which surprised me.

I stayed for one night in Astana at this hotel.
Positive:
- this is a hostel, and at the same time, because of the format, you feel quite private.
- clean and tidy
- well-thought-out areas for rest, sleep, and eating
- modern interior
- great location
- they keep order, the common light is turned off in the bedroom at 10 p.m. and everyone who is awake and talking is asked to go to the rest room
Disadvantages:
- the top place is too warm for me (although for some it will be a plus)
I definitely recommend this hostel.

I lived for 2 days in this hostel. Maybe I've already forgotten what it's like to live in dorms, but the hostel vividly reminded me of this. The capsule concept has completely failed, I think something needs to be done about it. They are hot, there is little space and if you are lucky enough to sleep upstairs you will have to show some dexterity. The sound is perfectly audible, and if some kind person forgets to turn off the alarm and leaves, it will inevitably wake you up (in a great mood, of course). Otherwise, the reviews are right, a shabby place, although it is clear that they are being cleaned, but you can't fool time, and people are not the cleanest (but that's how lucky they are). Finally, I would like to add that I boarded a plane at the Ecb and booked a separate room in an apartment hotel, and you can't imagine what a thrill it is to feel personal space. It's better to overpay than to suffer. 3/5 for the cheapness and the staff who were kind and helpful.

The service is not very good, the hostel needs the owner to be in it. It is clear that he is not being followed. There is no light bulb in the toilet, the hoses are broken in the shower, the cabinet does not lock, the capsule curtains do not work, there is nothing that would be pleasant for a person on a hike (toothpaste, shampoo, etc.). I liked the fact that there is free tea and cookies, as well as the location.

The hostel has already gone through its best days, everything was pronounced pretty well and the management does not follow this, as the old-timers said, the boss does not want to fix anything. Administrators do what they can, but..I lived there for 3 days and I'm glad that I left - it's impossible to sleep at night, everyone is wandering around making noise until 3 -4 in the morning, at 9 the admin turns on the light and the cleaner comes..
Cons:
1. the audibility in the sleeping place is great- in every corner of the hostel you can hear how someone walks, breathes, screams children and still does what they do, for example, going on the road at night)
2. Cleanliness is lame, especially in public places, sofas are stained, stained, and there are a lot of unpleasant odors.
3. Ventilation- the most important thing that should be in capsules - does not work practically. The supply ventilation is turned off, but the door is open) The capsules are hot and stuffy, but what I wanted was a wooden box without holes.
4. There are NO electrical outlets in the capsules. Not at all. Charge only at the table or on the mezzanine.
Pros:
1.Excellent location, 2 min walk to the store.
2. Inexpensive 5000t
For one, maximum 2 nights, to decide where to live. It is unclear how the locals have been living in the hostel for months) I woke up 5 times a night from the noise.
