Kara Mustafa Paa, who was the grand vizier under Mehmet IV, was also a very important military man. He was responsible for the second siege of Vienna. Because of his political importance in the Ottoman Empire, he made many donations. The Divan Yolu Madrasah is one of them. It consists of several buildings. One of them is the same as it was before. One of them is the writer's museum, and the largest is something like a library or a municipal assembly house. The latter has a large glass facade. The first one has a porch. The complex looks inconspicuous from the street, but I'm glad I found it.
