The rooms are nice and clean, the linen is clean and fresh. There is a TV, but there is no refrigerator or air conditioner. And this is a big minus. It's great that there's a cafe on the third floor. The girls cooked it very quickly and deliciously. Special thanks to them. We ordered breakfast in the evening, and everything was ready by 7:00. I would rate the hotel 5, but due to the lack of air conditioning, only 4 with a minus.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, the receptionist is friendly.I got a room with a balcony on the 4th floor with a nice view.An old renovation in the room, but that's not the most important thing.I liked that it was quiet, no one made any noise, the room was clean, there was a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, the floor attendant brought a kettle, a shower set (shampoo, conditioner, etc.).I stayed at the hotel for one night, everything was fine with me, I had a great night's sleep.

The hotel is one of the oldest in the city, built in 1962 with a very advantageous location in the city center. 12 minutes walk from the train/bus station. There are many branches of various banks in the immediate vicinity. The first two floors of the hotel are rented to merchants, the former rooms have been converted into economy boutiques where you can buy all sorts of things. If this is not enough, there is a large shopping mall literally across the street. By the way, athletes like to use this hotel, because there is a swimming pool nearby. Nurken Abdirova and a little further away, in the park, the athletics arena. Parking is available both in front of the hotel and from the courtyard.

The toilet is similar to the Soviet public one, but clean + soap/ shampoo / shower gel in disposable bags. Pretentious interiors. Through the window, you can hear everything that happens at the intersection. The door lets in sounds and smells (people are quietly smoking) from the corridor. But there is a floor administrator! If you have stayed at least once in an ordinary hotel, you will be here... strange But it's cheap and in the center. Don't set foot here anymore!

A normal place for your money. The cheapest among the hotels of the same level in the center. The room was clean, everything was working. There was no cleaning, but maybe it was because I took it for two nights, or maybe I needed to put up some kind of sign or call the reception, I wasn't interested. The location is very convenient, everything is nearby, even if you walk! A currency exchanger (from 10) and bereke bank are conveniently located right in the building. The latter opens cards to non-residents on the date of withdrawal, but only if there are documents substantiating the origin of funds and the purpose of spending. I didn't have to, but the "guests" might be relevant.

Thank you for your hospitality! Everything is fine except the mattress... After a long journey, I really want to lie down on a soft one... The room was clean, towels, disposable toothbrushes, soap, gel/shampoo/machine, slippers were. The bed linen is snow-white. Special thanks to the cafe on the 3rd floor, it was a delicious dinner. And for breakfast, which, at our request, was brought at 5 a.m., a big thank you!
