We visited the Karaganda Arena recently at a sporting event and were generally satisfied. Modern building, convenient location and spacious halls. The ice arena looks impressive, the seats in the stands are comfortable, and the view is good from almost any point. The staff is polite, everything is organized quite competently. However, I would like to see a little more cleanliness in the sanitary areas — the toilets were overflowing at peak times. Also, parking does not always cope with the flow of cars at large events. Overall, it's a great place to host sports matches and mass events. We hope that minor issues will be improved — the potential of the arena is very good.

Excellent modern sports facility, with enough seats and decent ice... However, the number of toilets was still not provided in sufficient quantity and there are no railings between the rows in the stands... handrails that you can grab onto or just hold onto both when boarding and when leaving the seats during intermissions or after matches.

Dirty... toilets are only 20% open, the rest are closed. With a hockey attendance of 4,000 people, it's still a quest to go to the bathroom!!! Not to mention soap, paper and napkins.
