We booked a room in this hotel, the room has a large comfortable bed, a TV with a huge selection of channels, air conditioning and a large highway with a beautiful view. All amenities are also in the room. Very polite and friendly staff. I would like to thank administrator Jacqueline separately, we were very satisfied.

In September 2025, we had a rest in Sukhum, at the Caracas Spa Hotel. The hotel is new, clean, and beautiful. The hotel has trees and tables for evening gatherings. Inside the hotel there is a beautiful lounge with sofas and armchairs. There is a hammam and a swimming pool. A very cool hammam. At the reception, the girls Aida and Jaka are very hospitable and kind. They will always help, explain where, what is, how to get where in an unfamiliar city. The rooms are always clean, thanks to the maid, Irina. Special thanks to the cook, Saida. Delicious breakfasts, delicious pastries. Every evening, we waited for the morning and delicious breakfasts. For one breakfast, you could eat three. The beach and the sea are literally 300 meters away. Very beautiful scenic area. Cafes, canteens are everywhere, you can go for lunch and dinner. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff for a great time spent at this hotel and such excellent service. We will wait for next year to return to the Caracas Spa Hotel.

The room is clean, the room has a hairdryer,kettle, refrigerator,dishes,split and TV.The receptionist will always tell you . Thanks to the staff for the welcome and the water in the room. Breakfast is a buffet. Good staff:)
