We were there for the first time and were quite satisfied with the hotel.
The rooms themselves were clean, there were towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, hair dryer, mugs, plates and a kettle.
Nearby is a five-minute walk to the beach, a "supermarket". There are canteens, but they were dissatisfied with them. We ate only at Leon and Muhus
Very nice women work at the hotel, they will always prompt and help.
It is a pity that there is no transfer, because upon arrival there are a lot of taxi drivers who can't add up the prices until you tell them 10 times that you are able to call a taxi yourself.
Out of the unpleasant, the maid knocks on the door and immediately begins to open the door with her key, so you don't even have time to put on a bathrobe.

But the cherry on the cake, the one that left the most vivid impressions of a vacation here, is an elderly woman whose yard was overlooked by the window of our room))) from the very morning, roosters were crowing, her dog was tearing up, and this sweet woman herself was shouting death wishes and curses to her wards, pigeons, men from her house who decided to renovate their apartment, and of course to us! who looked out the window in disbelief every time. And it was from the very morning until late at night, the woman was dissatisfied with neither her life nor her belly, and the whole neighborhood had to listen :)
Of course, we didn't complain about her, what can we do, villagers.

We stayed at this hotel from September 29th to October 9th for 24 years. In room 20. The hotel is amazing, both in terms of the comfort of living, location and quality of service. Excellent receptionists, thank you very much, the maid Irina is an amazing woman, cleaning every day, changing towels and linen!!! Everything is on schedule, the food in the dining room is very tasty, although we ate only a couple of times. There is a good swimming pool, hammam and sauna, we will all recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances, and we will return more than once!!! There are good beaches nearby, MVO, Mocha . The center of Sukhum is a 5-minute walk away. We wish prosperity and grateful customers !!!

We were at this hotel with a group of tourists from Gelendzhik.
The rooms are clean. The filling is good: refrigerator, kettle, clean linen, necessary utensils. The rooms are cleaned regularly. Towels are replaced every two days. There is a swimming pool for guests. Spa center with sauna and hammam.
Polite, professional staff. Check-in is fast and clear.
We will definitely come back.
I recommend it for groups and individuals.

It's a very cool place. 5 minutes walk from the sea.I had a family vacation from July 9th to 21st. We are thrilled. Comfortable spacious rooms, cleanliness and beauty both on site and inside. Regular room cleaning and towel change. Delicious, hearty breakfasts.The staff is very polite and friendly. They greet us like family. I didn't want to leave this wonderful place. Vacationing with my husband in Abkhazia in June 2024, we decided to stay at the Caracas spa hotel, the impressions of the hotel are wonderful! A very stylish, clean and well-maintained hotel, by the standards of Abkhazia, a chic hotel. Very polite and friendly staff, rooms with air conditioning and refrigerator, cleaning every day. Among the minor disadvantages, it is worth noting that the pool is available only 1 hour a day until 18:00, for an additional fee. Also, the breakfast is continental, as a vegan, almost nothing suited me, but my husband was very pleased with the breakfasts, delicious and hearty home cooking.
In general, I really liked the hotel, if we come to Abkhazia again we will stay in it ☺️👍🏻

We visited Abkhazia in July 2024.
The service is amazing, 3 wonderful receptionists Ramita, Jacqueline and Aida, smiling, sympathetic, service. Just an amazing maid Irina. A very nice and polite woman, keeps clean, towels and linen are always replaced on time. Delicious breakfast food!
All the staff are great fellows! The rooms are clean, tidy, everything works, everything is very clean, and not only in the rooms, but throughout the hotel. Wonderful massage therapist, beautiful and clean pool. Thanks to the whole team. All the best and prosperity!

I was vacationing with my son at the Caracas Hotel in late October and early November. By the standards of Abkhazia, the thaw is really brand new, neat. The breakfasts are wonderful, delicious, and satisfying. Many thanks to the chef. But there is one thing... We rested in the hotel for 10 days, during all this time there was not a single cleaning in the room, the garbage was picked up every other day, the towels were changed only when we asked for it ourselves. The girls in the picture are wonderful, good-natured, they will always prompt and help if there are questions. There are 2 cleaners in the hotel, each with its own floor for cleaning. We lived on the 3rd floor, we were unlucky with the cleaning. I would like to wish otel prosperity and solving problems with a person who does not want to work. Because I want to go back there, the sea is nearby, there are many cafes not far from the center, and the hotel itself is cool, with SPA services.

We rested at the Caracas hotel from 29.08 to 05.09.2024 with our family (2 children and two adults). We lived in a junior suite.I really liked the hotel because the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The standard rooms and the fact that we lived differ in size, of course, but the "standard" rooms are also very pretty and comfortable to stay in, those who do not want to overpay, please book standard rooms. We cleaned the room daily, changed towels 1 time in 3 days (but on request, they can change more often), there are no problems at all. Separate towels are provided for the beach. The rooms (I'm writing about my junior suite) have disposable toothbrushes and pastes, a hairdryer, air conditioning, bedside tables, one large double bed and a pull-out sofa, a TV, a sauna (right in the room), separate bathrooms and spacious showers), tea sets, a kettle. The hotel also has a swimming pool heated to 24 degrees (open until 18.00 1 hour a day is given for swimming), hammam, sauna, spa treatments for an additional fee.for a fee, massage room, cosmetologist,gym. The receptionists, maids, cooks are very friendly and helpful! There is a cafe on the ground floor (in the morning they feed from 8.00 to 11.00), breakfast is included in the price of the voucher. The food is monotonous (scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage or sausage, porridge is different every day with milk, cereals to choose from, there are pastries (pancakes, cheesecakes, cupcake, roll with jam)+sour cream or condensed milk, tea, compote or coffee to choose from, lemon, bread. The Caracas Hotel began to please us from the first minute of the visit. A very friendly receptionist met us at the reception. We rested from July 25 to August 5, in room 205, home tomorrow. This is the first time in Abkhazia.Sooooo positive impressions. The hotel is super!! Everything is organized for a good rest. And we were really lucky with the weather! We swam in the sea for 6 days in a row. All the days were sunny and warm. We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for the 5th time in a row, amazing nature, mountains, magical sea, visited many excursions- really a Country of the Soul!!! ALL the staff is on top. The rooms are gorgeous. We had a standard. Nice, spacious enough. Well, yes, as some have noted, climbing to the 4th floor every day 10 times is still a fitness... Secondly, the location of the hotel, in my opinion, is very good. Nearby is the sanatorium MVO, on its territory there is a very good beach, where there are sun beds, umbrellas, and entertainment events (banana, jet ski, cheesecake), the guys ride every day) Here in the sanatorium there is a very good dining room "Breeze", delicious food, not expensive. A little further down the street, you can go to the New dining room (it seemed to me that the price tag is higher there) The embankment is located at a 20-minute leisurely pace along the coast. We also walked to the Botanical Garden and the monkey nursery. Abkhazia conquered us. We returned home filled with only positive emotions!!! Have a good rest for everyone!

We called Caracas while at the border and asked if it was possible to check in on a day-to-day basis. This Is The September Season. We were offered options, and we arrived))) On the phone and upon check-in, the friendly staff, I confess, did not remember all the names ((( But!!!! We extended the check-in several times, and rooms with relocation were offered. And all this with a positive attitude and willingness to go to a meeting. I'll clarify right away - from the junior suite, we were extended to the standard))). The difference is in square meters, everything else is lossless))). The rooms are cleaned every day. There is a hair dryer and all soap and soap products (up to toothbrushes with paste - by the way, not all hotels have this). There are breakfasts. We lived for several days in a standard room for 5500.what can I say: climbing to the 4th floor on slippery tiles is not a great pleasure.The stairs are very steep between the 3rd and 4th floors.
The room has no balcony, the window is small.very small TV. The whole sink was covered in black hair.the drain is clogged, there are no curtains in the shower.
The funny thing is, you're lying like this after a shower in your mother's clothes-the room opens with a key and the cleaner comes in...
The most absurd thing for me is that they didn't tell us that there are breakfasts, that there is a pool.Oh well
I was surprised that this is no longer a hotel for tourists, but a hangout for locals (mostly loud young people).

The hotel is located far from the main part of the city, the food delivery cost us as much as outside the city. A 4-storey hotel, which does not have an elevator, and if you are settled on the 3rd or 4th floor, then fitness walking is provided for you) The rooms require urgent repairs!!! The hotel itself is built in a restored house, part of which was bought out, if this moment is important to anyone.

Our room was standard, everything necessary for living is available in the room (small refrigerator, air conditioning, towels, kettle, mugs), the order is monitored - always clean towels, bed linen. The staff will always come to the rescue (to warm up the food, give thread, change the bed, etc.).
The hotel is decorated very stylishly, the pool is clean and large. There is a gym, massage room, hammam. Excursions can be provided if necessary.
The breakfasts are very tasty and nutritious. The beach is nearby. In general, I can safely recommend this hotel 👍

Don't get fooled by the photo with the sauna in the room. A swimming pool with a sauna and a swimming pool is available only 1 hour a day, then 500 rubles per person per hour, the room smells damp, the staff, realizing their jamb is very tame, say something and they will do it. The breakfasts are not bad enough.

I was on vacation in Abkhazia for the first time, I did not expect much admiration from the "Russian" resort.
Abkhazia surprised me with its hospitality and natural beauty.
I am very glad that I stayed at the Caracas Spa Hotel, it is clean, as in foreign resorts, the bed linen is clean, as it should be.
The girls at the reception are very friendly and courteous, all beautiful, like the hostess herself. The girls who do the cleaning are also the nicest. The hotel has an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The territory is closed, a pleasant garden and birdsong incredibly brighten up the morning with coffee.
Nearby are the best beaches of Sukhumi, where you can see dolphins.
Nearby there are canteens and restaurants to choose from.
I will definitely return to Abkhazia and the Caracas hotel, especially since I forgot the magnets there))

A wonderful hotel in a historic building in the center of Sukhum, 5-10 minutes to the beach with a quiet walk. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, convenient Parking for bikes and cars.

The hotel is small,well maintained,everything is clean,walking distance from shops, cafes and the beach,public transport stops.the staff is polite, friendly . Those who lacked a teapot had to take a room with a category higher , there are tea accessories there . The suites are beautiful . There are small flaws, but where there are none). We recommend the hotel.
