If you are in Istanbul and you like to eat fish, come straight here without hesitation.
Firstly, you will not find such low prices in all of tourist Istanbul, perhaps not tourist either (at least in the European part of it). Because a local person dines there and the flow of visitors is obvious;
Secondly, it is located on the shore of the bay, 100 meters from the Galata Bridge (Karakey tram stop);
Thirdly, there is a fish market to the right of the entrance to the cafe, where you can buy fish and they will cook it for you right there. To compare prices, go to the cafes located under the bridge and see for yourself.

The setting is simple, even too simple.
Grilled mackerel can be ordered for 240 lire, and shrimp for 300 lire.
The portions are sufficient, the fish is delicious, there were a lot of shrimp in the dish. Bread is brought to the order - very tasty, melts in the mouth.
Check the receipt, they counted more than we needed, it's good that we noticed.

The setting is very simple. But we often come here when we arrive on vacation in Istanbul. It is convenient and inexpensive to have a snack here. Or else we took food with us to the hotel. Shrimp, fish- delicious. Soups are delicious too. I recommend anchovies as the seeds come in. They also took a Balik ekmek in lavash. I can say that pita bread is juicier than bread. Try it)

There are very very tasty Sea Bass and Dorado , we were delighted 😍
We came once , and the next day we decided to repeat it . We also tried the Ekmek Balik , it is also delicious . Salad for two is enough for eyes with fish . Come here and most likely you will come back))
The modest atmosphere did not bother us , the main thing for us is that it was delicious 😋

It doesn't taste good. Tasteless, period. How you can over—dry the sea bass, being on the seashore, I don't know. It was only later that I noticed that the seabass was also dried on the promotional photo of the dish. Horse price tag. The tables are wobbly.
In Crimea, the food on the beach is better. One joy in this cafe: begging cats!

Everything is very expensive, but it is 2 times cheaper than under the bridge. There are empty price tags on the menu, check the price of the dish before ordering, otherwise they will draw as many as they want. A portion of fried small lamb (6 pcs) - 400TL (1600 rub). The food is delicious, for 4+.

Если хотите покушать рыбки в Стамбуле знаменитый Балык Экмек, дурум то лучше места не найти. Находящийся по соседству рыбный рынок, снабжает кафе самыми свежими продуктами и позволяет держать цены на низком уровне.
Если вас не смущает запах рыбы, то вам точно сюда, рекомендую!

Это безусловно одно из лучших мест в Стамбуле где можно не очень дорого и вкусно поесть. Персонал заботливый, Мустафа говорит по русски, кругом чисто и опрятно, много места, ничем не воняет, принимают карты и есть даже детский стульчик. При мне деликатно наругали сотрудника за шкурку огурца в салате – это дорогого стоит. И, да – ничего вкуснее шавермы со скумбрией я в Стамбуле не ел.
