We recently visited the Karolin restaurant and were absolutely delighted! It's a place where you want to come back again and again. The atmosphere here is simply magical — cozy interior, dim lights, quiet music. It is perfect for a romantic dinner, as well as for meeting friends. The kitchen has exceeded all our expectations! Each dish is a work of art. We ordered hodgepodge and branded draniki and it was incredibly delicious. The chef is highly respected for his skill and creativity. I would like to mention the staff separately. The waiters are very attentive, polite and unobtrusive. They helped with the selection of dishes, told us in detail about the ingredients and were very hospitable. You feel welcome. "Karolin" is really that rare case where everything is perfect: from the atmosphere to the quality of food and service. I definitely recommend you to visit!

I can't think of a better place to stay in Pinsk. We were celebrating our friend's anniversary. I know what Caucasian hospitality is because I live in Mineralnye Vody, these guys - Alesya the administrator, Bogdan the waiter, Alexander the musician - made our stay simply amazing!!! The cuisine, thanks to chef Alyona, is top notch!!! The hall is cozy and beautiful!!!! Vitaly Alexandrovich and Alyona Vitalievna thank you for creating such a beautiful and cozy place to relax!!!! We were very satisfied!!!!

A good cafe for banquets. I was at a friend's anniversary party, and everyone was full and satisfied. The cuisine is very decent: draniki are simply mandatory to order here - thin, crispy, with sour cream. I liked that the menu has both modern items and traditional Belarusian classics. Cozy room, unobtrusive interior, pleasant staff. I recommend it if you are looking for a place for a family celebration with clear and delicious food.
