Excellent studio and professional team! We visited the studio for a family shoot and didn't regret it! The photographer's professionalism and creativity are impressive. Olga created a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax and be yourself. The photos turned out great — they perfectly emphasize the details and atmosphere. The managers of the Caramel photo studio are deceiving people! This photo studio came to the child's kindergarten with a New Year's photo project. The order form contains an offer, literally: "All photos on Yandex. disk as a gift for orders over 35 rubles." The order was made for 42 rubles: three photos of the child and a general photo of the group, which was also made in New Year decorations. As a result, I received only printed photos, and all the digital ones were left at the photo studio. It turned out that the photo of the child and the general photo of the group were TWO DIFFERENT SERVICES, which, of course, the manager did not mention, and my order from the same Caramel photo studio turned out to be two separate orders and the rest of the child's photos were not allowed to me. Yulia, the manager of the Caramel photo studio, could not help in solving the issue, she insisted that my order, paid in full to the Caramel photo studio, was insufficient to receive all the photos of my child. Earlier, I applied to this photo studio, took pictures of my family, and photographed the child. I've never seen such a disgusting attitude of a manager towards a client. I'm writing this as a precaution for other parents, so that they don't fall for their trick like I did. It's a pity, I'll never contact them again.

I took a photo for documents in this studio today. I really liked the staff and the approach to each client. They are polite and friendly. Instead of 4 passport photos, they gave 12 pcs. with different filters and also dropped a digital photo on viber, which is also a very nice bonus! Before that, this studio came to my child's kindergarten, the photos were very high-quality and very pleased, so I turned here. Next time I will contact Caramel again, I want to do a family shoot) Thank you very much!
