Thank you so much for the quality and cost! Print large-size photos and photo albums! Mail delivery - packed in such a way that it will be delivered safely to the edge of the world! I want to update the review after a while. This time I made a large order of 10*15 photos. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The color scheme of the photo is a gray shade, there is no brightness, dim, although in fact the photos are bright. People are cropped in several of the photos, although everything was clearly visible in the editor.

I made an order at the Pencil printing center. I discussed all the details with the consultant for several days, because we could not fulfill the initial request. Finally, the layout for printing came up. I immediately paid for the "24-hour completion" online tariff, because the deadlines were already tight. As a result, the order was ready for delivery much later than the stated deadline (far from 5, and not 10 minutes). In the order acceptance letter, there was a mailing address to which they were asked to write if the deadlines were violated, because in this case, the company promises to do the work for free. BUT there was no response the next day, and on the second day I wrote to the consultants in a messenger. They ignored me all day as soon as I told them about the deadlines that had been violated. Later, I called the pick-up point, they said, "we see that the work was completed on time, but they brought it to the pick-up point much later. As an operator, we cannot resolve the issue of a refund, we will transfer the situation to the authorities, and they will contact you to resolve it." More than a week has passed since then, no one has contacted, and a repeat letter was sent to the specified email address for such questions - they do not respond. The problem has not been solved, but there are absolutely no attempts on the part of the company to close it, despite the fact that the stated deadlines and obligations to refund payment in case of violation are a public offer. I strongly advise you not to take photos of documents or print anything here. The photo on the documents is disgusting, the photo turns out to be blue-red, the camera is completely out of tune. Printing a4 color sheets of non-full-color printing costs 7-8 rubles per sheet. These are completely disproportionate prices for the quality they offer. Next to this institution, there are other print and photography centers where prices are lower and quality is higher. And I'm probably never going back to pencil again.

I ordered digital printing of photos . Of the advantages, I can only mention the efficiency of the work. Of the cons: people in some photos have a part of their head missing, although everything is ok in the electronic version; the color scheme of the photo also leaves much to be desired, a gray tint is present in all photos, there is no brightness, i.e. the quality is excellent! I took photos for a children's album, unfortunately many of them will have to be redone.

Today I visited the printing center in the passage near the Stolitsa shopping center. An unfriendly girl met me, took my photos, which I shared on messenger, listened to exactly how I needed to print them, and then there was about 15 minutes of waiting (in the absence of a queue) to print 7 A4 pages. The girl could not clearly answer the question about the cost of the sticker pack from the showcase. I took the photos and only found out at the place of their use that they were printed incorrectly, which I wrote about in the same messenger – there was no response. I wrote to a social network – they "couldn't identify" the girl, but they explained to me that in order to resolve such issues, it was necessary to contact the shift supervisor locally. Naturally, for the sake of 18 rubles, I will not go to the other end of the city. But I didn't wait for any banal apologies, or the fact that the company is ready to pay attention to the quality of services and service. It is a pity that such an impression was left from visiting the printing center, I rarely point to such a service at all (and if they had done what I asked, and not what the employee wanted, I would have just passed by), but I concluded for myself that even if I was in a hurry, the services of this I won't use the company anymore.

According to him, they print photo books only according to the layouts sent to them through the website. Unfortunately, the employees do not have name badges and therefore it is not clear who we were talking to. We just wasted our time.
