We bought a ring (as a gift), noticed after a couple of days that one of the stones was wobbling, gave it under warranty for repair, promised to return it the next day - as a result, we waited a week. The ring was returned, with "scratches and dents" due to a "good" repair, apparently… it was not obvious, we scored, but after a couple more days the repaired stone fell out and was lost. The impression and the mood are spoiled. We will look for where to fix the product. It is unlikely that we will return to karat for shopping

The guy bought the ring on February 14th, less than a DAY later it broke That is, the pebble was poorly fixed and fell off somewhere, and the part that was not fixed broke off. They applied for repairs: "we will call you" once it has passed, "we will contact you" twice, and so on. And how to look at it almost 2 months have passed!!! I wish your place was empty, by God, it's a disgusting place. I thought we would continue to buy jewelry there. I have already advised all my friends and relatives to move a kilometer away from this office. I don't recommend buying jewelry there, but rather go to other stores.
