The rooms are relatively clean. Minuses. We ordered a room with a balcony three months in advance. The hotel has confirmed the reservation. But upon check-in, it turned out that the administrator did not see our reservation. I had to spend the first night in a nearby hotel. On the second day, they checked into a room without a balcony. The administration did not resolve the issue and did not go to the oncoming lane. The staff performed poorly.The service.....is still the same. The breakfasts are meager. There is nothing to choose from. I confirm that you need to come to breakfast by the opening - in an hour there is nothing left. The breakfasts are bad. The hotel next door is much better and more diverse. Maintenance and cleaning - only when you announce it at the Reception. Overall, the room service is good. I do not recommend it if you plan to stay for more than a day.
