Changed on 09/10/24: We decided to try our luck again today and went in the afternoon. We were immediately offered a menu, and a little later the waiter accepted the order. The dishes were prepared quite quickly. The portions are very large and hearty (I had to take half of them with me). Borscht is just great, I recommend it! Many thanks to all the staff for their work!
I want to come again!

The second star is only for bringing the menu quickly. After choosing positions for a couple of minutes, they began to wait for someone to come up. The waitress was standing with the bartender at the counter. At first, she talked about something with the customer, then, after she left, with the bartender, continuing to rub glasses. It's been 10 minutes. It became fundamentally interesting whether they would pay attention to the only ones left sitting in the hall. In vain. And after a crowd of women came in and she willingly began to communicate with them, they decided to get up and leave the staff alone with more important guests. Maybe we'll come back here later, but not in the near future.

I often visit different cities and like to have a snack in local cafes. And thanks to Karchme, I now have a benchmark of the worst institution I've been to. From the road, I was looking for a place where I could just have a snack and run about my business. I ordered the main course plus a small snack. After waiting for about an hour, they brought a snack, and after almost two hours, he went to ask about his order. They promised that 15 minutes and everything would be ready. But even after this time, I still did not find the order. He paid for the snack and left. As a result, I sat hungry for 2 hours with one snack and, accordingly, did not have time to go anywhere.

Finally buy the waiters a decent uniform!the place seems nice and clean, but there are a lot of administrative issues that the management does not pay attention to!

The receptionist did not apologize, they just moved the table separately for us. It's very unprofessional, not humanly, you could have warned us to come over later.

Сам я из Дзержинска,волею судьбы довелось побывать в этом кафе, на поминальной обеде. Обслуживание, еда (очень вкусная), ассортимент- все просто восхитительно, ну а цены очень адекватные, я бы даже сказал очень низкие , по сравнению с тем ,что у нас, так раза в два. Уютная атмосфера. Очень чисто и аккуратно всё. Хотелось бы отдохнуть здесь ,но при других обстоятельствах. Желаю процветания вашему кафе! Всем советую!

The food was delicious, freshly cooked. As evidenced by the pleasant smell and taste of the food itself. A pleasant atmosphere of calm hovered in the hall, pleasant music was playing. Yesterday we ordered trout roast again. Bottom line: most of the dish is raw potatoes (they literally crunched in my mouth). Sea buckthorn tea was served in a teapot with a dirty lid. The waiters also raise questions. Firstly, neither uniforms nor badges, is it a waiter or just a guy who came to eat - it is not clear. Secondly, some work well and carefully, and some need to be CALLED.

Все очень вкусно и недорого. Соусы, так это отдельные произведения искусства. Заказывали и на работу комплекс ные обеды, единственный минус, это что привели с опозданием. А так все очень достойно. Были с подругами во вторник вечером с нами обслуживали 8 человек. Было тихо и уютно и разговоры вести и поесть вкусно. Порции большие, внимательно читайте меню. Девочке официантке можно больше улыбаться.

Довольно неплохое местечко. Еда свежая и вкусная. Атмосфера приятная. Мне не очень нравится расположение(рядом рынок и толпы людей), но это терпимо. Цены неплохие. Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный.

The famous "Lula kebab" - pickled tomatoes with onions and baked potato slices "with a bang", meat sausages (which were not even on a skewer) are dry. The service is average. Внутри аккуратно, меню достаточно разнообразно.
Порции приличные.
Борщ, драники со шкварками и чайник чая, обошлись около 600 руб. (20byn).
Борщ подается с чесночными помпушками.

Очень уютное место. Особенно зимой, когда за окном холод, очень комфортно находится в таком месте и наблюдать через большие окна за происходящим на улице. Напитки готовятся быстро, персонал очень вежливый. Кругом чистота и приятная музыка. Рекомендую.

Из обслуживания не понравилось:
Ну о-о-очень долгое обслуживание (ребята как-то надо побыстрее ) (и если закрывается на спецзаказ, то закрывайтесь заранее пожалуйста)
Столовые приборы принесли после супа (и то по нашему замечанию)
Между супом и вторым прошло 30 минут
Ребенку принесли заказ самой последней (пришлось забрать ссабой так как ребенок наелся у всех остальных)

До этого в Карчме бывал неоднократно и общее впечатление о заведении сложилось неоднозначное. На этот раз в понедельник решил попробовать комплексный обед. С двух, я выбрал грибную похлёбку с пампушками и куриные биточки с белым соусом, макароны и там же салат с капусты и моркови. Запивал компотом с яблок. Заказ принесли быстро. Первое, как и с обычного заказа в меню только выход маловат. Разогрето было хорошо, вот только накрошенная куриная грудка отдавала холодком и отчётливым залежавшимся вкусом. Второе не заставило ждать, принесли следом, но почему то забыли разогреть. Спагетти были поломаны, тёплые и переварены как клейстер (привет со школьного обеда 80-х), биточки под соусом холодные и непонятные на вкус. Всю эту несовместимость в одной тарелке чуть скрасил "холодный"салат. Пампушка должна называться по другому. Ну и компот гармонично вписался в этот бизнес-ланч, разбавлен до неприличия был. На мою претензию внятного разъяснения от работников кафе не получил. Мне дали понять что второе принято подавать холодным. Итоги: еда, первое 3- второе жирный кол, персонал 2 Как показал мой опыт комплексные обеды не фишка этого заведения. При наличии альтернативы лучше обойти данную Карчму лесом!!

Был в командировке, решил перекусить . Нашёл место через Гугл! Обратил внимание на большое количество отзывов! Позвонил, приятный администатор, сказал, что если и опаздываю , все равно обеденное меню можно воспользоваться! Обед стоил 7 руб) удивительные цены! В целом все хорошо и посещение и обслуживание ! Обед на 7 руб пойдёт!
