There is this place in the vicinity of Polymede.
The staff is polite.
The food is delicious, the prices are surprisingly low. I took a set lunch, it was served very quickly.

What a nightmare!! I'm not going to this place anymore! I was driving home from work on March 10 and decided to have a snack. I ordered fish and potatoes at 6 p.m., of course, I paid for everything. At 6:35 p.m., a waiter girl came up to me and said that the fish was out. Order something else, I ordered it before asking for the waiting time. The girl informed me that + by that time, another 10- 15 minutes had already passed. In fact, another 20 minutes passed and it was 6:55 p.m. In the end, I took my money and left hungry. No one even apologized for the fact that chef Andrew did not calculate the number of products he needed for orders , and the waiter did not specify the cooking time , whether all the ingredients for the dish were there.I understand that my 19 rubles won't make up a huge amount of revenue for the institution and that they were busy with larger orders, but as they say, small things make up a lot. Neither my boyfriend, nor my friends, nor my acquaintances will go there anymore😡Because the staff doesn't know how to serve, and I didn't need to be offered additional waiting time, but instead another dish. And the staff , specifically , are two waitresses who hurried to refund my money and escort me away .

I often visit different cities and like to have a snack in local cafes. And thanks to Karchme, I now have a benchmark of the worst institution I've been to. From the road, I was looking for a place where I could just have a snack and run about my business. I ordered the main course plus a small snack. After waiting for about an hour, they brought a snack, and after almost two hours, he went to ask about his order. They promised that 15 minutes and everything would be ready. But even after this time, I still did not find the order. He paid for the snack and left. As a result, I sat hungry for 2 hours with one snack and, accordingly, did not have time to go anywhere.

We came to the city as tourists, the Tavern was chosen for lunch, the food was delicious, the soups were brought immediately, the second courses lasagna and sorcerers were brought after 50 minutes, although the waitress immediately warned that 30-40 minutes would be prepared. But she apologized for waiting for the second course. I liked the music. And Halloween-themed decoration. It is located next to the train station.

Changed on 09/10/24: We decided to try our luck again today and went in the afternoon. We were immediately offered a menu, and a little later the waiter accepted the order. The dishes were prepared quite quickly. The portions are very large and hearty (I had to take half of them with me). Borscht is just great, I recommend it! Many thanks to all the staff for their work!

The waitress was standing with the bartender at the counter. At first, she talked about something with the customer, then, after she left, with the bartender, continuing to rub glasses. It's been 10 minutes. It became fundamentally interesting whether they would pay attention to the only ones left sitting in the hall. In vain. And after a crowd of women came in and she willingly began to communicate with them, they decided to get up and leave the staff alone with more important guests. Maybe we'll come back here later, but not in the near future.

Before that, I had been to Karchma several times and the overall impression of the institution was ambiguous. This time on Monday I decided to try a set lunch. From two, I chose mushroom soup with pampushki and chicken meatballs with white sauce, pasta and there is also a salad with cabbage and carrots. Washed down with compote from apples. The order arrived quickly. First, as with a regular order in the menu, only the output is too small. It was warmed up well, but the crumbled chicken breast gave off a chill and a distinct lingering taste. The second did not keep you waiting, they brought it next, but for some reason they forgot to warm it up. The spaghetti was broken, warm and overcooked like paste (greetings from the school lunch of the 80s), the meatballs with sauce were cold and incomprehensible to the taste. All this incompatibility in one plate was slightly brightened up by a "cold" salad. The pampushka should be called differently. Well, the compote harmoniously fit into this business lunch, it was diluted to an indecency. I did not receive a clear explanation from the cafe staff on my claim. I was given to understand that the second is usually served cold. Results: food, the first 3- the second fat count, the staff 2 As my experience has shown, set meals are not a feature of this institution. If there is an alternative, it is better to bypass this Karchma with a forest!!
