His support before the procedure, kind words and calmness really helped me to cope with the fear. It was not just a medical approach — it was a real human engagement that cannot be forgotten. The coronary angiography procedure was supervised by an experienced team, and despite the pain and excitement, I felt in safe hands. Everything was explained clearly, competently and in a human way.
