"One" for the attitude of sellers to buyers! 09/08/2025 at 17:30 we arrived to redeem the reserved shoes. The seller refused to take the item and look for the box with the delayed goods, but forced my mother (72 years old) to climb into some nook, bent double, to look for the box. To my comment about this, she snorted in response - "should I dig there?". When the payment was due, the shoes had to be folded after fitting, inserting all the fasteners. I asked the seller to help with this (although this is their DIRECT responsibility!), to which she grabbed the box and just began to stuff the shoes into it, but with such hatred that she thought she would tear them up! I had to pack my shoes myself and leave this store as soon as possible. That's all-I don't want to go there anymore because of the sellers!

A good store. There is a lot of choice. Interesting promotions, discounts up to 30% on the QR code in the application. There are jewelry, dishes, some household appliances, household goods. Polite staff.

Nothing special. But even below 4 stars, the hand does not rise. However, I still don't understand why a shoe store sells microwaves, dishes, jewelry, and many other things that have nothing to do with shoes.
