I came here as a tourist, and my husband and I came here. Very large selection of shoes, clean. But, standing at the checkout, there was a grandmother in front of us, who wanted to punch tights, the price of which was 4 kopecks in huge figures, for 7 rubles. Grandma did not remain silent, to which the cashier replied: "ALL RIGHT, I'll punch you for the price that's shown on the product." After these words, they turned around and left, putting back the goods they wanted to purchase. The queue was barely moving, even though there were only 2 people in front of us, but that's not the scariest thing here. To be honest, we don't need anyone doing us a favor. You can simply explain that there is not enough staff, they did not have time to change the human factor, everyone would have understood everything and grandma was satisfied. I work with people myself, and just saying "sorry, I made a mistake" or "we made a mistake" hasn't killed me yet. After this situation, she personally did not want to "win back" the price of the product and decided not to take anything here. In general, the situation looked extremely unpleasant from the outside. Otherwise, I'm just a regular Kari, this is not the first time I've visited this store. The assortment is good, but it feels like 80% of the entire range of shoes is here :)
