And also a very unpleasant situation happened with the tester: I accidentally dropped the tester with a tonal base, it crashed, after which I was told that I would have to pay for the tester (it seemed very strange, because they don't pay for the tester anywhere, but I didn't refuse to pay). When asked to call the cleaner to remove the fragments and the tonal base itself, we were rudely refused, and it was also said that I had to clean everything myself (I did, but the unpleasant residue remained). There should be no such attitude towards the client. It was my birthday that day, and after going to the store, my mood was spoiled.
