To our outrage that they were obliged to serve the customers who were in the room, she replied that no one was there. Please take action in this situation.

When paying at the checkout, I asked an employee to serve me without advertising (information about promotions, bonus cards and the rest). My wish was not taken into account. To make a payment and receive a check, I needed to listen to a monologue of information that was irrelevant to me. When I was asked to give me the check, I was told in response that it was not supposed to be like this. And the buyer can receive the receipt along with flyers, cards and other things. An employee standing next to us intervened in our dialogue and advised us "not to get hysterical", "take the whole stack of papers and not delay the queue." I will add one star for good service a few days earlier: the responsive staff were very diligently looking for a pair of shoes they liked. It was noticeable that they were interested in helping the buyer.

In July, I bought sandals in the same store, which unfortunately also paint my feet, only already in red, you can't wear socks in sandals. I brought this product to the store, the seller wiped the shoes with a wet cloth in front of me, which was stained, they took the "tipo" for examination. A week later, I received a call from the store and announced the verdict: "You have been refused a refund, because staining is not a defect and is the norm, come and pick up your shoes. It's a shame somehow that it will be impossible to wear it, 80 rubles in the trash... 🥺🥺🥺
