It arrived on the appointed day, the refund was refused, referring to the "conclusion of the examination", where it was stated: there was a peeling as a result of excessive mechanical action,,, and so on. There were scratches on the side, on the outside. The shoes were bought for daily wear. Yes, there were scratches on the outside of the shoes, but because of this, the shoes around the perimeter cannot peel off and peel off. Moreover, they even peeled off from the side where there were no scratches (photo attached). They refer to the expertise, which (I'm sure) they write themselves in their back room. They do not comply with the law on consumer rights! They produce low-quality shoes! It is clear that an ordinary person will not go to an independent examination, since this is not a cheap pleasure at a price. They use it. The most substandard seller!!!! And I was convinced of this!
But, the boorish attitude of the sellers was even more surprising and parasitic. The consultant girl, at least somehow tried to talk, explain. But, here's a guy (introduced himself as the head), behaved arrogantly, mockingly, showing his superiority with all his appearance, obvious dislike and unwillingness to communicate with me and,,, with my claims. I have never seen a more boorish attitude and behavior of the seller to the buyer. This "would-be manager" even rebuked the consultant's girlfriend: they say why are you talking to her there, the act is,, everything,,, According to his behavior and attitude, it was obvious that I could now be sent,,,
After such an attitude and behavior of the seller to the buyer, I made an entry in the book of "Comments and suggestions". Of course, now these ill-fated shoes have become my last purchase at Kagi. Throwing your honestly earned money into the trash by buying low-quality goods and plus also facing the rudeness of sellers - there is no desire anymore.
I brought a low-quality product and wanted to get my money back, but I was faced with rudeness and violation of consumer rights.
The Kagi trading network, brazenly and with impunity violates the rights of the consumer, allows its employees, while at their workplace, outright rudeness with customers!
Appreciate your nerves, your time and money - avoid shopping in the Kagi chain of stores. Take care of yourself and avoid this chain of stores. It is necessary to keep away from unscrupulous sellers with low-quality goods.
