We bought athletic shoes for our teenage son. A good choice, the prices are adequate. We stood at the checkout for at least 15-20 minutes, although we were fourth in line. Only one cash register was working. Sooo slow service.

Questions and indignation were caused more by the staff 😅 During the selection of the goods, no consultation was offered, these are trifles, if I really needed it, I would have applied, however, after approaching the checkout with a pair of shoes, a young sales consultant/cashier neither greeted in response, nor asked if a package was needed, nor notified during the "sale of goods" about the guarantee and safety of the receipt with the box of goods, neither asked about the availability of a bonus card, since he did not say hello, apparently he thought that he could say goodbye, all this time he was talking with a colleague and all attention was focused on the dialogue with her, the only thing they asked was how the payment would be made) I am disappointed with the service of the staff, I worked in trade myself and I know what I am writing about.
