I gave it 3 stars just because they didn't want to serve me. There is a bell on every table for visitors, so I pressed it 10 times, but they didn't pay any attention to me, although the locals who came later were already served.I barely slowed down one waiter to take the order. I served it quickly, the pilaf was delicious, the portion was large, the price was decent. But... the waiter did not bring me the change, I waited a long time for him, then I had to go figure it out. The impression was that Russians are not liked.
