We were a family in July 2025. The hotel is excellent. Solid, though not new, finishes, spacious rooms with a balcony overlooking the sea and the city below, exotic grounds and respectable guests. Good, unobtrusive service. Beautiful view pool. It is not suitable for families with small children, as there are many steep stairs up to the buildings and there are no places to play. Designed for an adult contingent. To the sea -15-20 minutes by boat or 5 minutes by shuttle, which runs once an hour. It's a place I'd like to go back to.

I really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, always ready to help, always smiling. The hotel consists of several buildings, absolutely all the windows of the rooms overlook the sea. There is an elevator and a lift to the 4th level. If something doesn't work (it was 1 time in a week of rest), the guys in the electric car will bring you to your level without any problems. The pool is warm and clean with stunning sea views. There is a bar, drinks can be drunk directly in the pool, on underwater chairs at the bar or at the edge. The breakfasts are varied. 8 hot dishes, 4 types of bread, vegetables, fruits, fruit salads. Pastries, donuts, puffs, cheese, sausage, various sauces. Scrambled eggs and omelets are prepared in front of you to order. Who doesn't like breakfast - what do you eat at home?)) The hotel is clean, there are no problems with cleaning. 2 new bottles of water every day. The restaurant has open windows, there is a small terrace. Yes, the hotel is located on a mountain. The hotel is great!!! Friendly staff, varied and delicious breakfasts! An omelet to choose from, just like in Egypt) Cleaning is daily, everything is put in as it ends. The hotel is located on a mountain, overlooking the sea and the city. All rooms have sea views, which is a big plus. We stopped at some other hotels, but we couldn't compare them - they were all small, narrow, and cramped, with views of a noisy street and tourist roads. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, and 15 minutes to get back, if very slowly. Not critical. In the photo, it seems that you have to go through almost the whole city, but this is not the case, the photo is very far away from everything, there are really a few corners and you are at the sea. As for the mountain, yes, it's probably a problem with a child, but I haven't seen it with small children, if adults are not retired, then it's quite normal, the legs got used to the steps in 3-4 days. We live in the highest building of bungalow number 7, this is the 4th level. There is an elevator from 1st to 4th level, it goes slowly, but there are no special steps to go up, only to your room in the bungalow there are several flights, and near the reception. The view of the city is excellent, the pool is excellent, beach towels are in the room, or you can take clean ones for the day at the reception. On the downside, when we checked in, we were told that my husband and I would have two beds in the room, but we couldn't move them because they were nailed to the floor. The rooms seem to imply the provision of double beds according to their availability. But the issue was resolved- after 2 days we checked into a room with a double bed. I recommend the hotel, thank you so much for choosing it.

A magnificent, luxurious hotel in the mountains! The hotel is quiet and peaceful, there is a beautiful clean pool with a view of the whole city! The hotel itself is completely surrounded by greenery, it's just incredible! The hotel itself is located in the mountains, if you are a fan of a healthy lifestyle, this is a small morning exercise-meditation with climbing stairs is suitable for you! There are golf carts on site that take guests to their rooms (if you are really lazy to walk), and there is also a private cable car - very atmospheric! There is a small but cozy gym on site where you can work out comfortably. Well, the breakfast is a buffet, everything is very tasty, beyond all praise! A very nice hotel for a holiday in Phuket. Those who like to walk will like 2x. The breakfasts are very cool, there are always 4-5 types of fruits, plus 4-5 types of local dishes, not counting the standard Swedish table. We returned from vacation a couple of days ago, flew through a travelata. We will omit the long flight at 23 hours there and 23 hours back), we chose a tour without a transfer and did not regret it, because the Kiwi taxi service not only fitted us with comfortable chaises, but the drivers were no less Schumacher brothers). The hotel welcomed us cordially, but they cheated on the room, gave us separate beds, and this despite the fresh marriage certificate!!! Candles with aromoslones and sets with toothpastes have stopped being placed in the room. The main disappointment was the broken elevator (but despite the difficulties, we started looking for advantages, and there are a lot of them, one of them is Chang beer! We reveled in it to make it easier to go to the room, because only after Chang does the autopilot turn on. He helped us to move 7 days and nights of funerals in the main temple near the hotel and it was he who helped not only to climb, but also to descend from the Big Buddha. The breakfasts are ordinary, but not like before, wine is no longer offered, and everything has become more modest. The waterfall near the dining room has also disappeared. Further more… To endure all the hardships and hardships of rest, we started drinking Chang in two throats, and I must say life began to improve! The elevator was partially repaired in a wonderful way, and began to travel from the 2nd to the 4th floor, and the room was changed to us, but a new one was given instead of a bed, a trahodrom squeaky like an old grandmother! But after Chang, it didn't matter anymore.… By the way, the rooftop pool really saved us, despite the fact that we swam there exclusively with African Americans and Chinese. I just got back from a trip yesterday. We stayed at this hotel . A lovely hotel, although there are a couple of points. It is located on a hill and this is its plus, but for someone it is a minus. The view is amazing. Quietly. Video of the sea and mountains from any room. The rooms are large, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Shower gel, shampoo, cotton swabs (no toothbrushes) . Balcony with table and chairs. On the balcony there are devices for drying clothes. As you can see in the photo, the buildings of the hotel are on different levels. We lived on the 3rd level. The stairs to the ascent are very steep.There is a funicular, but it did not work, apparently under repair. The sports carach is lifted up.(But in the rain and after the rain may not work). In general, if you are with young children or have some difficulties with walking up stairs, then think well. It didn't bother us at all. We were even glad that we had to walk to the hotel from the sea (by the way, 15-20 minutes at a calm pace, looking at everything around) . And we liked our hotel more and more every day. On the second level there is a view pool at the bar. The staff, well, very kind and smiling. Any request is resolved instantly . The only thing that can be improved is breakfast. Well, they are sooo monotonous. For 10 days, only the potato dish changed))) there was nothing to diversify them themselves. Although we bought ourselves avocados once to the eggs that are always there)))). The coffee is delicious. Toasts, jams. Rice and noodles are always there too. Sausages and ham, one kind of cheese. Greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, Bulgarian pepper. Muesli. (A friend asked for hot water and made porridge out of them)))). And another moment. It wouldn't be bad to update the towels. Less than 10 days, we only came across new towels once. The rest of the days are very old and worn out . BUT. Despite these two drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel.
