The breakfasts are wonderful! But I wouldn't tell you the number... Good location, but very noisy.

We were in Istanbul in 2020, celebrating the New Year. And the Kartal Palace has become a part of the celebration for us. Cozy rooms, very friendly staff, perfect location. We remember with gratitude!!!
