We went to this place twice and twice the girl at the reception was just a bunny! She was very pleasant and cool, explained everything, set up a positive mood and created an atmosphere, and then showed me where to take pictures.
It was cold on the road, of course, and a little bit drifted, because it's already the end of December, so it's better to dress warmly right away.

It's a beautiful place. However, some employees have problems with attentiveness. I waited for 2 minutes to be helped out of a difficult situation. They justified themselves by saying that the employee did not notice me. Not waiting for the employee, I got up and only then was I noticed, but because of this I was removed from the check-in. When I said that I had been waiting for him for a long time, I was told that he had already passed through here and I was not here, but in fact he was not even close to me (there are witnesses).
Thank you so much for having a "wonderful" time.
Before that, I loved this place, but now I doubt whether it is worth returning here with such an attitude.
The man was specially present on the court to solve such situations, but alas, it did not help.

It's a terrible place. It's wildly cold here in winter. Gloves are paid for, although they must be included in the safety equipment. We came out of karting, our fingers ached from the cold.
The equipment itself is so tired that it's practically begging to be allowed to die.
This is the first time I've seen helmets without visors on go-karts, and my eyes were watering at the speed of the wind and the squalor of everything that was happening.
The helmets themselves and the neck protectors smelled like garbage. Persistent desire to take a bath with miramistin.
The cards themselves are dead in the trash. The rubber is old, cracked, and whole pieces are missing.
The track is icy, and you fly off into an uncontrolled skid at the metal joints.
You're waiting for help, like the second coming of Christ.
There are no storage rooms. Things just stay in the waiting area, very doubtful.
The briefing is the worst I've ever heard in go-karts. No clarifications about who it is for the first time, no belt checks, and the way the helmets are selected is generally pure randomness. If you don't know your size, you can wear your grandfather's helmet.
The pedals are loose, there are no half measures, you don't feel the pressure at all.
Making money on an ice card for cystitis and pneumonia is the only free service in this God-damned place.
I have experience in karting, I have never seen such an attitude towards instruction, safety and people.
Marshals do not exist on the highway as such, there is no light indication of an emergency situation, and flags have not been heard of here at all.
The track itself is interesting, but it's not immediately clear where the pitline race is, for which you're being removed from the race. Leaving the pitline is generally a nightmare, provoking clogged situations.
The posted "brick" road signs are confusing. There are no markings on the highway itself, only echoes of the fact that it is a parking lot.
In general, I don't recommend it, it's a piece, not a go-kart.

It's been a long time since I've met a manager who can ruin an impression so much.
We were on a weekday, booked and paid in advance. If it hadn't been for the prepayment, we would have turned around on the doorstep. The manager was a dark-haired girl who constantly talked in raised tones. It seemed that she had been screwed before and she decided to snap at us.
We arrived in advance, but the check-in was delayed for 10 minutes (we were warned about this in advance, so no problem). The maps and the trail left positive emotions. The rest of the staff was also well treated. But still, initially, the manager's attitude greatly spoiled the overall impression.

The first go-karting trip was ruined from the very beginning, please pay attention to the staff! We came and got it right away, REGISTER, but no one said where or how. Knowledgeable people suggested where the registration equipment is located, but then what should the karting staff do? If they can't even cornyly indicate where to go to register. This is one moment, you could close your eyes to it and give it 4 stars, the race itself was very good, the track is good, everything is fine technically.
The instructor is quite polite, thank him very much for this! After the race, it turned out that the rules were slightly violated by the participants of the race, by chance one important rule was missed, we were no longer in the race. As a result, it's UNCLEAR WHO runs out at us, some unknown aggressive man and starts shouting at us. You could at least introduce yourself, you need to have some respect for the visitors, why shout? We never found out what kind of man ran out of nowhere and just disappeared. Change the staff, otherwise there will be more and more bad reviews every time. After the check-in, the instructor came out, of course, praised the results of the race, but there was no need to freak out and run away from us! I could have helped to remove the helmets, but I didn't) But he managed to come back and throw someone's lost travel card on the table, with the words "Next time I won't return it!" and left again. As a result, I had to figure out how to remove them myself. Thank you for ruining the day, we won't come to you anymore)

I've skated many times before, and today I stopped by for another race. The map had a wedged steering wheel, did not turn to the left. I kind of don't like to swear, the girls at the reception talked civilly, and the instructor immediately started to "bully" and say that the card is tight on the steering wheel. I can tell when the steering wheel is wedged and when it's tight. Next time, I'll prefer another place, on the same Zhdanovichi, and I won't recommend it to my friends after this incident.

Some instructors tell the story "by the way." In winter, the track is cold and sometimes covered with ice. This is not told at the start, but in case of a collision due to a skid, they are still removed from the race. The maps themselves are relatively good and fast, but there are questions about the tires. 2 stars for the attitude of the staff. There is no customer orientation.

It was NOT said that everyone should be paid separately, they do not give change, they do not give out GLOVES. You need to pay separately. 2p, these are pennies, but they ARE OBLIGED to issue gloves, according to the rules of the security measure.
There are only two large suits for a man, FOR THE ENTIRE PLAYGROUND (size xxl), so they are still TORN, THEY DO NOT FASTEN (locks are broken)

But what I would like to note is the unrealistic grip of the maps. I do not know how they clean the floors like that and where they take the rubber, but it is unrealistic to break the cards at turns and there is a wild overload. It's super cool for karting.
